Q: How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
A: Orders take 3-5 business days to leave my studio. Once your order is marked "Shipped" it will take approximately:
United States: 2-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
International: About 3 weeks
Q: Can I get it any faster?
A: Yes! Please, send me a message with your ZIP code (U.S. delivery addresses only) and I will let you know the available options and pricing.
At this time, I do not offer any Express options for international deliveries.
Q: How much is shipping if I buy this along with another item?
A: In most cases if you purchase more than one item, the additional item(s) ships for free in the same package!
International Buyers, please, be aware of your country's policies regarding import and customs fees. All import fees, ex. VAT, import taxes, custom duties, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes! If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, just send me a message and I will send you return instructions and you will be refunded. You must contact me regarding a return within 7 days. Rush processing fees are non-refundable. Exceptions: Items previously worn can not be returned. Product must be returned in the same condition it was sent in. The cost to ship the return item is the responsibility of the buyer.

Q: How do I get a better fit?
A: By using primarily elastic or ribbon to keep the piece to your head, many of our blooms will have a great, if not perfect fit. However, if your piece isn't fitting exactly how you would like it to, use bobby pins to perfect your fit.
Q: Can you make more of this item?
A: Sometimes! If I have more of the material that was used to make the piece, I will happily make another! Please send me a message letting me know what piece you are interested in, and I will let you know if I can accommodate the order.
Q: Can you make me a custom piece or changes to an existing piece?
A: I am not accepting custom orders at this time.
Q: Can I purchase pieces for wholesale?
A: I am not accepting wholesale orders at this time.
